Puppy Intro Session

Our Puppy Intro Sessions are designed as a gentle, positive introduction to grooming for your young dog. These sessions consist of five 30-minute visits, where we focus on helping your puppy feel comfortable and safe. This gradual approach builds their confidence with grooming from an early age. Here’s what’s included:

• Bath & Gentle Drying: A warm bath followed by a gentle, low-noise drying to introduce them to new sounds in a calm way.
• Face, Feet & Sanitary Trim: Light trimming around the face, paws, and sanitary areas to help them get used to being handled.
• Nail Trim: A careful nail trim to maintain paw health.
• Ear Cleaning: Soft and gentle ear cleaning.
• Positive Reinforcement: We ensure every step is taken at your puppy's pace, with treats and soothing praise to make it a rewarding experience.
• Love & Hugs: Plenty of attention, hugs, and encouragement to help them feel safe and happy.

These sessions are kept shorter to avoid overwhelming your puppy, and our goal is to build positive associations for future grooming appointments. We recommend starting between 12-16 weeks, after their second round of vaccinations, so they’re at an ideal stage for socialization and confidence-building in new settings.
